NONAME NERD: EXPERT SYSTEMS REFUND POLICY

At Noname Nerd, we stand behind the engineering of our systems. Whether you are using our tools for PLAY, HEAL, or LEARN, our goal is to ensure your "Engine" runs with maximum momentum and clinical efficacy.

01 | DIGITAL PRODUCTS: THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We want you to be completely confident in the systems you implement. While many companies do not offer refunds on digital goods, we believe in the quality of our PhD-developed frameworks.

30-Day Satisfaction Window: If you have downloaded and implemented one of our digital systems (including the IQ-Engine, LiteRPG, or Classroom Quest frameworks) and find that it does not meet your clinical or pedagogical needs, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Our Commitment: We only ask that if you are encountering a technical hurdle or a clinical implementation challenge, you reach out to brian@nonamenerd.com first. Often, a quick "Expert Adjustment" is all that is needed to get your session back on track.

02 | PHYSICAL ARTIFACTS (MANUALS, STATIONERY, POD) For physical products, including Displacement Pads, printed manuals, and office decor:

30-Day Return Window: Our policy for physical goods lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Customized/POD Items: Print-on-Demand items (Posters, Hardcover Codexes, Apparel) are created specifically for your order. These are only eligible for return or exchange if they arrive defective or damaged.

03 | EXCHANGES AND DAMAGED GOODS We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a physical artifact for the same item, please email brian@nonamenerd.com with photo documentation of the damage.

04 | REFUND PROCESS Once your refund request is received (for digital) or your return is inspected (for physical), we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: For physical returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

05 | SALE ITEMS Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during "Beta Launches" or clearance events are final sale unless they arrive damaged or fall under our digital satisfaction guarantee.
